At Masterchef, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools and home essentials. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware or appliances, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
